An application form must be completed and submitted to the club before starting the course.
All medical conditions relevant to participating safely during the sport of archery must be
disclosed on the course application form, at the time of application. (We do not discriminate on any
medical condition, we only require this information to ensure that relevant safety measures are in
place for all course attendees. All medical information relevant to you completing a course is
held in the strictest confidence and is only disclosed to the coaches/helpers teaching you).
Beginner course fees are to be paid by BACS transfer prior to your first coaching session.
Places on the course are allocated upon receipt of the application form and fee payment.
Beginner course fees are non-refundable.
Successfull completion of the beginner course does not automatically entitle you to membership of Caldy Bowmen Archery Club.
All under 16’s attending must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian, who must remain present
throughout the duration of each session of the course.
All coaching and shooting will be strictly in accordance with Archery GB rules, regulations and practice.
Where possible coaching is given by qualified Archery GB coaches. However, from time to time,
trainee coaches and experienced unqualified archers may be involved in coaching and teaching. Archery GB accept
no responsibility in this regard, save its statutory liability in respect of personal injury or
death caused by the negligence of Archery GB. If you have any objections or concerns about this,
please inform the club officer in charge prior to the relevant coaching or instruction session.
Caldy Bowmen Archery Club reserve the right to exclude students from a beginner course should
they persistently disobey the safety instructions or Rules of Shooting.
Caldy Bowmen Archery Club cannot accept any responsibility for damage, loss or injury sustained whilst attending a course.
Admission onto the Caldy Bowmen Archery Club's beginner course is conditional upon
accepting our terms and conditions.
